The Life of Discipleship
Discipleship is about following Jesus in all that we are and do. It starts with deep, relational attachment with him that is nurtured through spiritual practices and healthy relational connection with others. As we take up this way of life together, with consistency and time, empowered by the Spirit, we are renewed in Christ’s image. We strive to grow in loving God and loving others so that our everyday lives increasingly reflect God’s goodness.

EMPLOYMENT
Worship Director
To lead and develop a team that serves the church each Sunday toward participation in rehearsing the gospel through musical worship.
The Director of Worship serves the church by planning and leading music that accompanies the movements of our Sunday liturgy. In doing so, they help the congregation rehearse the gospel story through song—remembering who God is, what He has done, and how we are called to respond. This role includes collaborating with musicians, other worship leaders, and the sound team to ensure music is done with skill and joy, while cultivating a healthy team culture. Through diligent preparation and shepherding, the Director helps the church sing in a way that is aligned with what is being communicated from Scripture each Sunday.
